6. No Fees Charged to Candidates
Talvion Search never charges candidates a fee at any stage of a search. If you are asked to pay money in connection with a role represented as being offered by Talvion Search, treat the request as fraudulent and contact us immediately at info@talvionsearch.com.
7. Recruitment Fraud Awareness
Legitimate communication from Talvion Search comes from talvionsearch.com email addresses or from our verified LinkedIn company page. We do not request bank details, identification documents or payment as a condition of consideration for a role.
8. Confidentiality
Candidate details are never shared with a client without the candidate's explicit consent, and client mandates are handled with discretion. Specific obligations are set out in the written terms agreed for each engagement.
